Do cool down routine
Every after exercise regardless of the type, a cool down routine for at least 10 minutes is a must. This is to gradually return your heart rate and blood pressure to a normal state. Abrupt deprivation of the necessary blood and oxygen to your vital organs can be harmful.
Regardless of the equipment you are using, but without patience, consistency, and determination, your exercise will never be effective.
