learn to belly dance?

I just want some info about how to bellydance to get fit??
Is there sucha a dvd that can be brought to teach this, not to become a professional, just for fitness!!!??

Yes! I got a tape called Goddess workout, I believe. It takes it step by step and I never thought I could move that way, but it worked. (I just have trouble shimmying) but I can do undulations now, it’s awesome! (the movement where your body looks like water).

There are DVDs and stuff out there. There’s hip exercises as well as abs, it’s really good.
