What to wear to a black tie opional wedding?

I have to attend a ‘black tie optional’ wedding in Atlanta, Georgia, this weekend. Can anyone post links to types of dresses that would be appropriate for such an event? Or describe what would be appropriate?

If it’s black tie that’s pretty classy ….i would wear a gown to be honest because u don’t want to be underdressed and feel dumb….do u know anyone else who is going ask them and see what they are wearing…..that way u won’t be over or underdressed by yourself…but i would go with the gown!!
