Blue Water

Where can I go to find white beaches and blue water?

I am looking for a beach in Florida with white sand and blue water. I know islands are the best place to go for that, but we are unable to fly right now. I would love to stay around the northern half of FL. Also if you know of any websites with hotel info. on this area…please let me know! Thank you SO much in advance…really appreciate the help!
