What are the secrets to a smooth life when both parents work full-time?
My fiancee works full-time. Starting next week I’m going to be full-time as well. While we’re both working 9-5, our 19 month old will be in daycare. What I want to know is how do you make it work? Do you take turns dropping off/picking up from daycare? Who makes lunch and dinner? Who cleans? Do you have any tips to make it go more smoothly?
It won’t be smooth but by any means working out a weekly plan is a very good idea. On top of that, set aside the weekend for quality family time and a part of it also for quality time with your fiancee. It will be stressful but that’s the best way to adjust to a new life quickly.
