Why is R. Kelly holding his arm after coming out of the closet on South Park?

In the episode Trapped in the Closet when Cruise, Travolta, and Kelly all come out of the closet R. Kelly is holding his arm as if he was injured by them? What is the reasoning for this? Does this relate to some real life event or something?
I know why they did the whole trapped in the closet episode, I just want to know why R. Kelly was holding his arm.

Trapped In The Closet also relates to R. Kelly’s album/story of the same name, when in the episodes on video he is the guy originally stuck in the closet as a jealous husband wants to kill him for messing around with his wife.
