Dark Horror

Looking for some recomendations of games with a dark psychological horror theme?

Can anyone recomend me some games that have a psychological horror element, dark atmosphere, gore and fairly realistic graphics? Anything along the lines of Silent Hill? And what about mmorpgs? Does anyone know of any along those same lines?
