Day Blu

The message “unknown” disc is displayed every time I try to play a Blu ray disc in my Philips Home Theater Sys?

After watching half of the movie in the blu ray disc, I switched off the system. Next day when I again switched it on and loaded the disc to watch the rest of the movie, the system showed the message “unknown disc”. What is the solution to this problem ? Please suggest.
Please note – I clean the disk every time, before loading.
