How do I stop having nightmares?
I’m a 23 year old female, and I’ve been having frequent nightmares. A couple of months ago, I woke up early in the morning because I heard water running… I go into my bathroom, and the bath water is on! I’ve never sleep walked in my life, and I wasn’t drunk or high or anything (lol), so I know I didn’t do it. I was alone in the house. Ever since then, I can’t sleep without having the TV on, and I always have nightmares. I’ve tried a lot of things… I use aroma therapy before bed, I have a dreamcatcher, and I always put something funny in the DVD player when I go to sleep, usually Seinfeld. If anyone has any suggestions, natural remedies, or personal stories, I’d really appreciate the help/advice. Thank you.
