Chess at the Royal Albert Hall, and my region 2 DVD player.?

I’m in the UK, and I’m desperate to buy the Chess concert DVD from the Royal Albert Hall, with Idina Menzel, Kerry Ellis, Josh Groban, Adam Pascal etc… but even though it is being sold in the UK, there are warnings all over the place about the fact that it’s a region 1 DVD, and thus, won’t actually play in my laptop DVD player – at least not without switching it permanently, so I can’t play any of my other DVDs.

I AM NOT TO SURE ON THIS but when i use dvd shrink freeware when u import a discs for copying u can take the region restrictions off it if u know what region it is hope this helps (but u would have to purchase it and then use the copy
