When will the ranma 1/2 ova #13 be released?

I read that the 13th ranma 1/2 ova is scheduled for release in japan January 2010, along with the urusei yatsura and inuyasha ones, on dvd. What day is it going to come out? how long should I expect to wait before its uploaded to some website? …preferably with english subs.

i heard it was gonna be english released in february…. try to find it on youtube then
