What’s the deal with the “slim set” DVDs for Angel and Buffy?

I want to buy Angel on DVD (I already have all seasons of Buffy) and have noticed how much cheaper the “slim sets” are. Is it only a packaging difference? Does the regular set have booklets, etc that the other doesn’t? Different numbers of discs?

Nope, everything is the same. I just got season 3 of Angel ( i have 1, 2, 4, and 5 in the old sets) and it still has the booklet and same number of dvds. It’s only a packaging difference. I have Buffy 1, 2, and 3 in the old sets and 4-7 in the new slim sets; it just takes up less room.
