New Brazilian Butt Lift Workout
The Brazil Butt Lift Workout is a Brazilian dance workout that uses dance to sculpt the butt muscles. The Brazilian butt lift workout was created by Leandro Carvalho to firm, raise and round the butt in the shortest time possible.
Leandro Carvalho invented the new Brazil Butt Lift workout program. Leandro, a Brazil native is a famous personal trainer and fitness expert who lives in New York City. Leandro moved to the US and danced with some of the top dance companies in New York City. He then transitioned into incorporating dance moves with fitness. He studied fitness and after earning his credentials began teaching his famous Brazilian Groove classes at the NYC Equinox gyms. His Brazilian Groove class based on Brazil dance moves was an instant hit and he was awarded the “Best Fitness Class” by New York Magazine. His home fitness program that utilizes these moves is called the Brazil Butt Lift workout and has been recently released to the public.
What makes the Brazil Butt Lift any different from any other workout? His secret TriAngle Training method combines Brazilian dance moves with more traditional moves to completely sculpt the entire butt. The method is so proprietary that it is patented. His unique method sculpts and lifts the entire butt by targeting the three sections of the butt from every conceivable angle to get fast results. Leandro personally trains some of the most famous supermodels including a well known Victoria’s Secret model.
A personalized feature of the Brazilian Butt Lift workout is his “Booty-Transformation” plan. The booty plan helps you determine the shape of your booty before beginning the program. The Brazil Butt Lift program comes with 3 DVDs containing 5 different butt work outs. The intro workout is called “Basics” and is a quick twenty minute routine that demonstrates the basic moves and techniques. He also reveals his patented TriAngle training techniques to completely transform your butt. The 1st work out is called “Bum Bum” which is the Brazilian word for butt. This 35 minute work out includes fat burning cardio mixed with booty exercises to sculpt and lift the bottom. “High and Tight”, his 3rd workout is thirty-five minutes long. This work out focuses on any stubborn or problem areas on the bottom by using resistance bands. Work out number four is called “Sculpt” and is a 50 minute, full body work out with weights to slim and sculpt all of your body. The 5th workout is a fast thirty-minute work out called “Cardio Axe”. This work out features the “axe” dance move that Leandro is famous for and is also excellent for fat burning and complete body toning and slimming.
