What Makes Self Defense Training DVD’s So Effective?
Right from the very beginning nearly 6 years ago when I started this online business selling self defense products, I recommended that people develop a self defense strategy and that the basis for that strategy be a self-defense course. Self-defense training forms the basis for several skills including developing your self confidence.
For years I’ve always thought that if are kids in school were taught the basics of self defense that maybe, just maybe, there might be a little less crime. But that’s just me.
A self defense training DVD can do several things that no other self defense course can offer. This is what makes them so effective. First, they offer an opportunity to train at home. You can learn in the comfort of your own home with or without friends or family. You have the opportunity to repeat moves at your own pace and learn at your own pace.
A self defense training DVD is put together by world-class instructors; people who have real life experience often with the military or law enforcement. Instructors like Frank Cucci, Jim West, Chris Clugston and Paul Vunak-the who’s who in self defense training-are some of the most popular.
Yes there are some martial arts involved. If you want to learn martial arts go right ahead you can do that anywhere. But if you want to learn street fighting, Jeet Kune Do, or any of the other basics in real-life self defense you need someone who is an expert to teach and guide you.
