How can i download Family Guy or American dad?

I keep on trying to find sites to download family guy or american dad, but i can’t find them. And now i’m about to give up, please help. And it has to be free too.

use Ares as your default torrent client, or bittorrent, miutorret… whatever, and get the torrents from: fenopy.com, isohunt.com/torrents, www.mininova.org

Not sure if it’s legal though.
