Do the French Hannah Montana DVD’s have english audio as an option?

I translated the page and saw that under audio it says “English, French”. I was wondering if anyone knew if the english audio was already the set audio or if you could choose between english or french. I also want to know if you can turn off subtitles. Thanks!
