Need help copying a DVD for personal use?

I bought a dvd of my brother in law from the funeral home now I would like to make a copy for family members can you tell me an easy way. I need step by step directions please.

Hi Janna. You can use any DVD burning program to copy your DVD. One of the easiest is Nero. You can download a free trail version from http://www.nero.com, if you don’t have it on your PC.
Slide your DVD that you want to copy into your DVD writer. Start Nero. Go to the “Backup” option and click on “Copy DVD”. See that the Source drive and the destination drive are the same. Click on “Copy”. Nero will now create an image file on your hard drive, when it is finish, it will ask you for the blank DVD disc. Now put in your blank DVD disc and Nero will copy your DVD.
