What to expect when getting married at a courthouse?

I’m getting married in the next few weeks. We’re just going to get married by a judge but do they do anything special? Just want to know what to expect.

I got married at borough hall in my local area definetely isnt fancy and the scenery is definetely no where near romantic..I felt weird I wore a white wedding gown and he wore a beautiful double breasted suit matching my favorite color purple we looked amazing but there were people waiting in line just like us getting married with like flip flops and regular clothes like tshirts. It was ok because right after we had a real reception.
