I was always skeptical whenever I hear that in order to lose fat, I must gain muscle. I mean, wouldn’t that make me look like a body builder? But of course after going to the gym, running, and trying some of the most talked about diets out there, I cannot say that I am making progress using the traditional methods being passed on.
At 5’4″, I am a small girl so weighing at 140 lbs was not really looking good for me.
