has the movie hustle and flow portrayed a postitve or negative look for society? how is this movie similar to todays life
Well I don’t know if it’s was trying to portray it in any way rather than ‘this is what life is now’. I think over all it seemed to have about an balance of positive vs. negative looks. In one light it shows that people can be successful even in dire situations but it also shows how tough light can be for minorities and to a greater extent lower class citizens lives. His success as a musician is a positive thing but the rapper that destroyed his tape (I can’t recall his name, sorry) shows that sometimes we can try and just get destroyed at the snap of a finger and how we can lose control sometimes because it’s just so unfair to us. Terrance Howard was amazing in that movie! hope that answers your question!
