Can you recommend a good instructional video (DVD) and/or a book for boxing?

My wife has just started taking boxing lessons and I want to buy one or more beginners instructional videos (dvds) and a good instructional book for her. I want something that emphasizes proper form.

Pollux ~ The Ultimate Boxer: Understanding the Sport and Skills of Boxing. By Dr. Christy Halbert. An excellent book. Breaks it down from the beginning boxer to amateur competition and everything in between.
