Why does the history of israel read like the script for “Invaders from Mars”?

I mean,it really does when you stop and think about it. You can look at all those space invader movies from the 50′s and just put the Pals in the place of the human race generally and they all seem like a metaphor for zionism. Opinions?

Really,they are so similar you could easily imagine Orson Welles wrote the script for the ethnic cleansing of 1948,the Nakbar. And really,that must be what it was like. Today the analogy doesn’t work as well because in the movies the aliens lose and die or get chased away and here they won,at least for now.
