Paris Hilton Gets Busted For Illegal Drugs Once Again

Socialite and hotel heiress Paris Hilton cannot keep herself out of the headlines. She’s been arrested for harmful drugs, once again. Evidently, she can learn to get a cab, however not to leave her illegal harmful drugs at home. She was found by las Vegas PD to be possessing cocaine. This makes the 3rd time she has been arrested for harmful drugs in the past year, having been twice arrested for possessing marijuana.

Police don’t claim Paris Hilton is a comedian

Paris Hilton was evidently cruising the Las Vegas strip, driven by her boyfriend in an SUV. As outlined by the New York Post, a motorcycle cop smelled pot smoke coming from the automobile and pulled them over. As she was being searched, she asked the officer if she could retrieve some lip balm from her purse. Then, from out of her bag, fell a small baggie which appeared to have cocaine in it. That was not the only thing. There were also wrapping papers within the bag. The baggie contained about .8 grams of cocaine. This won’t just mean a fine. Hilton is charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. There’s an off chance the search was improper, and Hilton’s attorney may contest it at trial. She can do real time for this. In Nevada, she could get up to $500,000 in fines and 2 to 15 years in prison.

Not the first time somebody has utilized that phrase

This is substance bust number 3 for her. She was arrested twice in July for possessing marijuana, in South Africa during the 2010 World Cup, and days later in Corsica for the exact same crime. However, she was released both times. However, the truth that she keeps getting busted for substances counts against her. A judge is more likely to throw the book at her if she seems to have a history of drug use.
