Do you know what movie I’m thinking of?
OK…I saw parts of this movie once, and now I want to see the rest. But I cannot remember what it was called, or much about it at all.
What I can remember is a very proper and polite (but creepy) Englishman (I think it was an American movie though, not sure) smoking A LOT of crack and/or meth and killing people.
But he would quickly change from nice to psycho.
The main actor was a relatively well known actor who seems to play the creepy English guy in a few things. He reminds me of a combination of Kyle MacLachlan and Alan Rickman.
Any help would be appreciated.
