Beatles: “Anthology”, “Magical Mystery Tour”, “Help!” and “Let It Be” DVD
OK, I know Let It Be isn’t out on DVD yet but… where can I find a good quality version of it on DVD, transfered from the LaserDisc?
Help! – is it on DVD yet, and if so, where can I find it?
I’ve seen Magical Mystery Tour at the stores on DVD but have seen at least 3 different versions – which one is the offical release and which is the best in terms of picture and audio quality?
I’ve recently rented the Anthology box set from my local library – I own the CD’s – is there anything else that is related to the Anthology series – I’ve heard rumors about a book but haven’t heard anything else – where would be the best place to get the book (if it exists) and the DVD set for the cheapest price?
I don’t know if you’re talking about the Anthology book that came out in 2000, it’s a great book that the remaining Beatles worked on and incorporated numerous interviews that John Lennon gave over the years; you can buy it new/used on Ebay (I personally bought mine used on Ebay for $5.00 plus shipping); you can also find unofficial dvds of the movies on there. Be careful though to check if the dvds will play on North American dvd players or not.
