Dog shakes and freaks out all the time?

Jack russel terrier, 10 years old. He will be sleeping and suddenly jump up and walk on an angle, I don’t think it’s dreaming cause when he dreams his leg usually taps, he only started doing this in the past few months. He always shakes, always! When he’s sleeping,eating,sitting! What’s wrong with him?

At his age sweetie, he needs a full physical including bloodwork. If money is an issue, ask your vet about a payment plan. When a geriatric dog is doing anything out of the ordinary such as you have described, it could be something serious…but treatable.

The sooner you get him in the better.
