Quantum Leap Season 3 dvd?

I recently bought season 3 of QL on dvd. In my set, episode 9 is Rebel Without a Clue, episode 10 is A little Miracle and episode 11 is Runaway.
However at the end of Rebel Without a Clue, Sam doesn’t leap from Shane Thomas into Pearson – he leaps into some guy in dark glasses ringing a woman’s doorbell who, upon opening the door, doesn’t seem too pleased to see him! And at the end of A Little Miracle when Sam leaps, he finds himself in a room alone with a view of the Statue of Liberty out the window and then a woman comes in, kisses him and slaps him. This doesn’t seem like it’s Runaway (which I haven’t yet watched) as Sam is playing a 13-year-old in that episode.
Which leads me to the natural conclusion that A Little Miracle doesn’t belong between these two episodes – and probably doesn’t even belong in season 3!
Is this just a mistake that happened when making the dvd?
Did this mistake happen with every season 3 dvd boxset or just a few or what?
Can anyone shed light on this?

This happened to me when i bought the box set of the professionals they got half of them the wrong way round which was annoying. See if their is a dedicated website for QL and it should show you the proper sequence for all episodes. Good luck mate
