where can i get my lip pierced im 13 but turing 14 soon in august i live in applevalley mn any suggestions?

can i even get my lip pierced? cuz uhh im 13 turning 14 soon in augustt [17th] bcuz of like the law or sumthing? i live in minnesota

Okay, I would reccomend a place called Captive Elements. It’s in Minnesota, but I don’t remember where it’s at. You can google it, though. I got my lip done there. Their very professinal, and almost all of their peircings are 30$.
You HAVE to have a parent there, though. since your are only 13, almost 14.
