How to costomize my little pony figure?

Ok, so I got a My Little Pony FriendShip is Magic Rainbow Dash figure!
Fans will already know, that she doesn’t really look like she does in the show!
Course, I want to fix that. I’m also a ‘Do it yourself’ kinda girl.
Does anyone know how I can fix her hair and stuff? How to insert new hair into them and what not?
