Lone Wolf

With government agents and such is it better to join a militia group to fight or be a lone wolf?

I think if you are a lone wolf and do it right you have way better chances for success and to evade capture than members of a group.

Lone wolf: You can plan and not get caught.
Organization: You can commit a crime and possibly be slightly less likely to be caught or fail.
