Mama Dvd
IiDVD project too big to fit on DVD!?
I want to burn the movie Baby Mama to a DVD, and I am currently using iDVD to do so. Every time I make a new project and simply drag the 700MB movie into it to play automatically it gives me an error and says the project is oversized and will not fit onto the DVD. The funny thing is, it goes up from 700MB to 6.0 GB… I’m not sure how this is possible. If anyone knows how to shrink this to under 4.7 GB that would be great! Another option would be a different program for burning DVDs. Thanks a lot!
Do you know what format the movie file is?
You might be dragging a compressed file (mpeg4) into your project. DVDs use mpeg2 and thus it will have to convert that file into the appropriate format. This will result in a much larger file.
