Meat Loaf
What would you like stuffed in your meat loaf?
I have never stuffed anything in my meat loaf before, but thought about trying it tonight.
I usually make little individual meat loaves and thought some fresh mozzarella in the middle might be tasty.
What sounds like a good meat loaf stuffing to you?
I made these mini meatloaves last night and they turned out great. I did not have cheddar cheese so I mixed together american and provolone and it was yummy. Here is the recipe.
