What is the name of the song in Family Guy when Peter drives his car through the mall and Mel Gibson chases?

Peter and Lois are driving through the mall, and Mel Gibson is chasing them. Is some up beat song, and I think it was in an 80′s or 90′s movie. Thanks for the help! It was in that episode where Peter steals Mel’s copy of a new movie.

Not positive, but it sounds like the scene was inspired by a scene in “The Blues Brothers” (1980).

If it’s a jazzy band tune, it might be something from that movie or inspired by it. (Maybe the Blues Brothers’ version of “I Can’t Turn You Loose”?)
