Why does mint always make me feel sick?

Every time I have mint. No matter what kind: Mints, chocolate covered mints, mint toothpaste, mint gum, mint ANYthing, I get sick to my stomach. It just makes me feel sick and nauseous and…well, yeah >_<
I was wondering if anyone else had this problem, and if so, any idea why? Everyone I know has said that mints tastes great to them and actually calms their stomachs. So why does it make me so sick?
