I bought a DVD, but inside the case, it’s not the right one?
I bought a DVD (Monster’s Ball) in Bestbuy a couple of days ago. I just tried it out this morning, however, it’s not the correct DVD inside. It’s the correct case, and on top of the CD, is the correct logo, but the information inside the DVD is something different. In fact, the movie that is in the DVD is titled “The Hole”.
I’m just wondering if anyone has any advice for me regarding this situation? Should I return it? (It has already been opened) or contact the DVD distributer?
Take it back. There isn’t really any dispute over this since it is self evident that you are not trying to pull a fast one of any kind since the DVD does not match the printing. This is the kind of problem that is likely to have affected a whole batch rather than a single disc so I doubt it will be the first return they have had with this problem.
