‘Fit, Yummy Mummy’, Holly rigsby. Does it work???

If so, is there a way to purchase it in the stores? I really want to buy it (advertised on her web page) but i dont have a credit card, plus i would never buy anything on-line. Can u get the books / dvd in the shops and if so which shops? (mexico). Does anyone have it who would be willing to pass it on to my flabby self!? (for a charge obviously)!
