Abderrazak Boughanmi (Abdou Boughanmi),
Mr. Abderazak Boughanmi holds a degree from the École Nationale d’Administration Publique (ENAP) of Tunis, equivalent to a masters’ degree in administration. Dedicated to Real Estate since his arrival in Montreal some 31 years ago, he obtained a certificate in real estate sales from the AIQ and an F.R.I. (Fellow Institute of Real Estate). Mr. Boughanmi has always worked at high level in the real estate field where he successfully achieved several projects of acquisitions and promotions. Between 1980 and 1982, he was Manager of two important branch offices of Montreal Trust in Montreal with a sales team of 80 agents. Mr.Boughanmi then moves up to being president and general manager as well and major shareholder of Centrale d’Affaires Immobilières between 1983 and 1993. In 1994, he became Operations’ Manager for Canada at Baron’s International from New York where he negotiated acquisitions for more than 100 million USD. From 1996 to 2001, as Executive Vice President and associate with the real estate firm of Redex Limited, a public company, Mr. Boughanmi continued to specialize in the acquisition of residential and commercial properties. As co-founder of Investimmo, he enhances the teams with his know-how and acumen, his appraisal and expertise in the field of property conversion in order to ensure optimum achievement of each transaction.
North American Companies is pleased to announce the addition of Mr. Boughanmi has successfully completed in excess of one thousand acquisitions and marketing projects throughout Canada and the US.
Early in his career, Mr. Boughanmi managed two important branches with over 80 high-powered agents for real estate brokerage firm MONTREAL TRUST. In 1994, he became the Canadian Operations Manager for BARON INTERNATIONAL and negotiated the acquisition of assets totaling an additional $100 Million dollars. Boughanmi continued his real estate career focused primarily on residential and commercial foreclosed and distressed properties through his privately-owned company: INVESTIMMO.
Boughanmi became one of the most prominent real estate experts in the condominium conversion market in Canada. Mr. Boughanmi is a graduate of ENAP of Tunis with a Bachelor degree in Business. In 2004, he was the recipient of the « Médaille des Arts et Métiers du Multi-culturalisme». “North American philosophy is simple – to bring together the best and the brightest minds in our industry and assemble a team who believes that anything is possible.
