what is a good off-road wheel and tire package for a 2007 jeep cherokee?

Not planning on doing tons of hardcore off-roading. I Live and work in Utah so i would like something for the terrain, something good for the road and something good for when i do take it into the mountains.

if i was planning to go off-road, i wouldnt buy a jeep cherokee, they are rubbish for any off-road, even
a dodge nitro which shares alot of the stuff from the cherokee is beter off road,

just make sure someone with a landrover is with you to pull you out when you get stuck
