Walmart/Asda problem with dvd?

ok so i’ve just been to orlando for 2 weeks and purchased a dvd in walmart whilst i was there, only thing is im now back home in the uk and have just opened the case to find there is actually no dvd inside!! (not happy) but beings walmart and asda are the same company do you think if i take it to asda they will sort this problem out!! i don’t have a receipt as your not supposed to bring recipe ts home as if you suitcase is checked which ours was and u have recipe ts they may think u intend on selling the items and can get fined so didn’t keep the receipts for that reason!!
the spell checker thing changed the word receipt to recipe sorry!!

You can always ask and see what they say. The worst thing they can possibly say is “no,” in which case you are in exactly the same position you are in currently. If that doesn’t work, you could always try the customer support links on walmart.com and see if that helps.
