Why doesn’t Pink Floyd release a live Wall performance on DVD?

The Wall is one of my favorite albums, and I think that it would be absolutely wonderful to see it live, considering that I never got the chance since I wasn’t even born yet. I have the live CD, Is There Anybody Out There, and it is absolutely beautiful. Why wouldn’t Pink Floyd want to release the live show on DVD? Also, if anyone has a site where I can watch some of the live performance, that would be great. I have seen a little, but it has all been terrible quality.

Mainly because Roger Waters left Pink Floyd and he was the main contributor to The Wall and all of it’s music. He has a live DVD Roger Waters – The Wall live in Berlin on DVD. You can get it at Amazon.com. The original lineup of Pink Floyd haven’t performed together since Roger Waters left except for Live Aid in 2005?
