Will home warranty pay for a pre existing condition?
I have a 2 story house. Before I bought the house there was a hole in the ceiling in the down stairs bedroom.
When the home inspector inspected the house, water came pouring out of this hole when he turned the water on.
I bought the house 9 months ago and now the ceiling is turning color and the popcorn finish is cracking and it also feels damp. When I bought the house everything was supposed to be fixed.
Will home warranty cover this or should I get it fixed on my own?
If it helps I have 2-10 Home Warranty.

you could call the warranty company and play dumb and say that you didn’t know it’s been worked on previously.
