Why Isn’t The Program ‘Universe Challenge’ On Any Of The Red Dwarf DVD Box Sets?

For Red Dwarf’s 20th anniversary there was a BBC2 ‘Red Dwarf Night’ in 1999. One of the segments was Bamber Gasgoine doing a special episode of University Challenge with cast and crew. Why is this not on any of the dvd box sets when it does have the other segments like ‘Can’t Smeg, Won’t Smeg’ and ‘Red Dwarf A-Z’?
