Recovering a smuged DVD?

I accidentally spilled some Jhonsons Baby Cologne on one of my DVDs. I didn’t spot it for a couple of minutes though. Anyways i washed it thoughroughly but now there are smugde-like marks on it. Also the marks of the piece of cloth used to dry it are also visible in some places. I really want to rescue this DVD coz it’s of good value to me. Is there anyway that i can undo these markings with another solvent? The DVD is not being read by windows now.
