Can i be charged as a runaway if im 17 and my mother put me out?I live in Texas but i want to go to Louisianna?

My mother put me out cause she found out i was talking to this guy who’s 24 im 17 and live in texas can my mother make me come back and can she charge us with anything even me as a runaway? Can i also go back and collect my belongings?

17 is the age of consent in TX and you are not considered a runaway. if you did not buy the things you are wanting to get back then no your mom does not have to give them to you, but if you bought them with your own money then yes.
