When does Sailor Moon get that pen she uses to disguise herself?

I’ve decided to rewatch Sailor Moon in Japanese with English subtitles starting with the very first episode. I am on episode 10 now and I was wondering,when did she get that pen? She uses it in this episode to disguise herself as a bus attendant. This wasn’t the first time I saw her use the pen. What episode did Luna give her that pen? Did I skip an episode?
