The movie 300?
Give me two reasons why I should pay $7 to go see this movie before it comes out on DVD.
I hear from a lot of people that it’s a “must see” movie, but that’s what some people said about Seabiscuit, and I suffered all the way through it. Is it better than Gladiator (Which is my current all time favorite movie)?
If you love Gladiator you will dig this movie. The visual effects are reason enough to see it on the big screen, but it goes beyond that and has an enthrawling story that is masterfully acted out by a number of relatively unknown actors that come together as a group without some stand out featured Brad Pitt/Russel Crowe type. This movie was everything I wanted Troy to be. Besides you can catch the mattinee show for $4.25 or something.
