Is seven pounds a month a reasonable weight loss goal?
I’m attempting to lose weight, about 80 pounds, and I figured that I will be able to reach my final goal (135 pounds) in a year if I lose seven pounds a month.
Is this a reasonable goal? Do you have any suggestions as to how I can be more likely to successfully accomplish this? I already plan on counting calories and doing an hour of exercise each day.
Yes that is a reasonable goal if your going to be relentless and strive until your fatigued during the exercises. Do not overexert yourself otherwise your efforts will be futile in improving your composition, ensure that you crave essential nutrients rather then rely on unhealthy foods such as chips,donuts,pizza,and popcorn etc. To stimulate the weight loss I recommend you to eat frequent meals. For instance 4-6 meals a day on a basis of 2-3 hours to keep your metabolism steady. At the preliminary stage of weight loss you may experience your energy diminishing because of your cardiovascular level, however what I am trying to imply is accelerate at a moderate pace then gradually incorporate speed increments because your body need’s to get accustomed to vigorous activities. Furthermore eventually you’ll obtain the natural workout zest and you’ll be exhilarated by that resulting in physique maintenance. All the best
