What do I read first for Sherlock Holmes?
I would like to start reading Sherlock Holmes, but I do not know where to start since there are so many books. Is “A Scandal in Bohemia” the starting point or do I need to start somewhere else? Thanks.
I’d start with the short stories. A Study in Scarlet is the classic jumping off point, but there’s really not that much backstory that you won’t already know just from pop culture.
