Who will win the Razzie 4 Worst Director?
Here are the nominees:
Uwe Boll – “1968 Tunnel Rats,” “In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale,” & “Postal”
Jason Friedberg & Aaron Seltzer – “Disaster Movie,” “Meet the Spartans”
Tom Putnam – “The Hottie & the Nottie”
Marco Schnabel – “The Love Guru”
M. Night Shyamalan – “The Happening”
While I don’t expect a Raspberry victory to destroy Shyamalan’s career, I ain’t sure if “The Happening” is more poorly directed than the other nominees. So perhaps the Razzie won’t go 2 M. Night. Boll is incidentally the expected recipient of the Raspberry for Worst Career Achievement this year, but I really hope this award goes 2 the imbeciles Seltzer/Friedberg, if not Schnabel.
So which film do u believe was the most poorly directed? Is this the career nadir for Shyamalan? The 29th Raspberries take place February 21.
