Six Days
Company I’d love to work for (japanese company) only offers SIX sick/vaca days a year! Is this normal?
I have had a couple of job offers..one being a large investment firm that offers 17 total sick/vacation days a year..and another smaller japanese company that offered me SIX total sick/vacation combined days a year…my job now offers 16 days a year…is six days a year something that is normal? I’ve never heard of such a low number before and it scares me…especially having a two-year old.
Yeah im sure most jobs offer 14 as standard. Anything else is a bonus.
